Casey Joyce President & CEO, Otis Eastern

Casey brings more than 11 years of industry experience to his role as president and CEO of Otis Eastern.

Casey Joyce serves as the third-generation pipeline executive for Otis. Casey’s promotion to President and CEO came about only after years of immersing himself in numerous roles to gain a strong understanding of the company’s business. After graduating from Cornell with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations, Casey worked his way up through the ranks, serving multiple roles with ever-increasing responsibilities. During his tenure with Otis Eastern, he has served as a project engineer, estimator, project manager, construction manager and general superintendent.

In addition to a deep personal commitment to excellence fostered by his family’s heritage, Casey brings a keen understanding of progressive new technologies to his post as well as an integral understanding of the importance of safety in his role as senior leader.
